Genie Industries has launched a new online parts ordering system in North America. The system uses Genie’s serial number parts lookup system, and is designed to increase order accuracy. With this system, customers will be able to identify a part, add it to the virtual pick list, then roll the pick list directly into an online order.
Genie customers with a registered account can access the system to look up and order parts for various Genie products. The system can be accessed by customers through the Genie website at www.genieindustries.com.
