Grimmer Industries has announced an agreement with Atlas Copco North American to sell the Grimmer Schmidt Compressors and Hurricane Compressors operations located Franklin, Indiana. The two manufacturers sell a variety of compressor products ranging from towed portable units to high-pressure booster compressors powered by diesel engines of 600 or more horsepower. The newly formed Atlas Copco Hurricane will acquire these assets and intends to remain in Franklin.
