Genie has added two models to its telescopic boom line – the S-60 and S-65 Trax models. The booms feature a four-point track system permanently attached on the machine that allows contractors to work any time of the year, enhancing traction for travel in many types of difficult terrain. The fixed-track booms are designed with a narrower profile – 8 feet 6 inches wide – to enable easy transport without requiring special oversize load permits.
The Trax models feature an inside turning radius of 11 feet and an outside turning radius of 21 feet, and can be driven on and off the delivery trailer. The booms have a travel speed of 2.7 mph.
