RSC Holdings, the parent corporation of Rental Service, has filed a Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The amount of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank Securities will act as joint global coordinators, and along with Lehman Brothers, the companies will also act as joint book running managers for the offering.
