Diego Saltes has joined the American Road and Transportation Builders Association as its senior economist. Saltes has more than 10 years of experience in economic analysis and research. His previous research categories include transportation, the construction and energy markets and macroeconomic analysis and forecasting. At ARTBA, he will be responsible for developing analyses and reports detailing the impacts of transportation investment on the U.S. economy.
