Hertz has announced that it will cut 480 positions due to a restructuring initiative being implemented in the second quarter of this year. The plan affects the company’s U.S. car and rental operations and Hertz’s Oklahoma City service center, but does not affect the majority of customer service positions. Hertz expects to save $24 million with the initiative.
