The Associated General Contractors of America has presented the 2007 Marvin M. Black Excellence in Partnering awards to the following construction companies: Watts Constructors of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; Sundt Construction of Flagstaff, Arizona; Consigli Construction of Worcester, Massachusetts; Nova Group of Bremerton, Washington; Hensel Phelps Construction of Butner, North Carolina; Southeast Corridor Constructors of Denver, Colorado; and Barnard Construction of Azusa, California. The special recognition award winners include Flintco of Pollock, Louisiana, and Oakview Construction of Ottumwa, Iowa.
