Wirtgen America recently named Tim Kowalski as its manager of pavement engineering services. Kowalski will assist customers in understanding pavement material properties and their potential for recycling. He will also be involved in educating customers about the benefits of foamed asphalt and how to design foamed asphalt mixes.
Kowalski was previously employed by Lafarge North America.
