The Manitowoc Crane Group recently purchased Marine Travelift’s industrial crane line, Shuttlelift Carrydeck. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Shuttlelift has manufactured YardBoss, Manitowoc Crane’s product line, for the last two years. With the new acquisition, the two companies will combine their efforts.
