Atlas Copco completes divestment of rental business

Atlas Copco has completed the divestment of Rental Service Corporation USA and Rental Service Corporation Canada to affiliates of Ripplewood Holdings and Oak Hill Capital Management, both private equity firms.

The financial effects of the divestment are in line with the third quarter 2006 estimates.
