Trimble has announced that it will acquire privately held Meridian Project Systems, of Folsom, California, in an all-cash transaction that is anticipated to close during the fourth quarter of this year. Meridian Systems provides enterprise project management and lifestyle for real estate, construction and other infrastructure projects.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
