Topcon announces key promotions

Topcon Positioning Systems recently promoted several of its employees to executive management positions. They include Peter Wallace, now director of sales-survey, Murray Lodge, to position of director of sales-construction, and Steve Briggs, who moved to the sales department as networks and OEM sales manager.
