Aggreko plc announced on September 26 that it will acquire GE Energy Rentals for $212 million in cash.
The deal allows Aggreko, a provider of temporary power, temperature control and oil-free compressed air solutions, to acquire all GE-ER activities except those that relate to large gas turbines.
The acquisition will increase Aggreko’s core rental fleet capacity by 30 percent.
