Brokk AB of Sweden purchased Darda GmbH, producer of rock and concrete splitters and small crushers, in July. Darda had distributed Brokk’s products for many years in Germany and Austria. The companies combined forces previously with Darda’s concrete crushers being made for use with Brokk’s remote-controlled demolition machines.
The companies will combine managements to focus on sourcing, product development and international sales.
