Stone’s full line of Smooth Operator power trowels are available in 24-, 36-, 46- and 48-inch diameter models. All are dynamically balanced with an extra strong cast iron spider and feature a rotating stabilizing ring and infinitely variable blade adjustments. A one-piece, precision-machined gear case with hardened worm gear and tapered roller bearings is also standard.
Stone equips its trowels with a shock-mounted ring guard to reduce vibration and chatter. The company’s exclusive Dyna-Clutch system stops blade rotation without shutting off the engine and allows precision operator handling. Stone four-blade trowels can be spec’d with Honda, Briggs & Stratton, Robin or Wisconsin gasoline engines and can be outfitted with either finish or combination blades.
