Mustang has promoted Steve Meschke to the new position of customer support manager. He will head the manufacturer’s new customer service department, called Team Mustang.
Team Mustang consists of six staff members trained to handle questions related to Mustang parts, service, invoicing and marketing. Their goal is to answer every call they receive and address each caller’s question immediately.
“This group has undergone extensive training,” said Meschke. “The expertise we’ve gained through this training, combined with our previous experience, qualifies us to meet our goal.”
Mustang has also promoted Stephen Fulton region sales manager. In his new position, Fulton will be in charge of Mustang distribution in Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.
