Morbark‘s 4600XL Wood Hog is 14 percent larger than the manufacturer’s previous 4600 model and has an increased tip swing of 36 inches. The infeed opening has been expanded to 60 inches and the machine has power options up to 860 horsepower. The Wood Hog has 18 hammers providing a multi-purpose grind. The company’s Iqan System provides a consistent feed and allows the operator to adjust the feed from the control panel.
