Gehl plans stock sale

Gehl said Sept. 7 it plans to sell 1.8 million of its common shares in follow-on and secondary offerings. The company will sell 1.24 million primary shares, while shareholder Neuson Finance GmbH will sell 562,500 secondary shares.
