Rosso to retire as CNH chairman; Hudson to become non-executive chair

Jean-Pierre Rosso, director and chairman of the CNH board of directors, will retire from the company April 26, the date of the company’s annual shareholder meeting. Katherine Hudson will become CNH’s non-executive chairman. Rosso has worked as director and chairman since the merger of Case and New Holland in 1999, and was CNH’s chief executive in the year following the merger. He was chief executive of Case from 1994 to 1999, and assumed the role of chairman of the board in 1995. Hudson joined Case in 1995, and has been a member of the CNH board since the merger. She was president and chief executive officer of Brady Corporation from 1994 until April 2003, and served as chairman of the board for that company until her retirement in November 2003.
