Vermeer Mid Atlantic earns Pinnacle Award during 50th anniversary

Vermeer Mid Atlantic has become a 2018 Vermeer Pinnacle Award winner, a designation it received during its 50th anniversary celebration.

Vermeer gives the award to dealers that are sales, marketing and aftermarket support top performers, and that provide excellent equipment safety and functionality training for both employees and customers.

“Vermeer Pinnacle dealers provide an exemplary customer experience,” says Tony Briggs, vice president of sales and distribution at Vermeer. “This award highlights dealers across the globe who consistently lead in a variety of key business performance metrics.”

Adds Mark Boyle, president of Vermeer Mid Atlantic: “To celebrate receiving the award in our 50th year in business is incredibly special.”

At the age of 23 Mid Atlantic founder John Vos opened the company’s first location in Maryland in 1969, after working in several positions at Vermeer corporate. The company now has 12 locations in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, eastern West Virginia, western Pennsylvania and northern Ohio.

Vermeer Mid Atlantic is part of the All Roads group of companies, which has 28 locations and employs more than 700 people. Other divisions in the group include Kenworth Mid Atlantic, Norris Automotive Group and the Norris Commercial Division.
