At the recent Bauma show, Case unveiled its vision for the wheel loader of the future. Dubbed the Tetra, this natural-gas-powered machine has a distinctive, futuristic design with a forward cab stance.
Up until now we had not seen the inside of this machine which Cases says has “an advanced operator environment which makes extensive use of touchscreen and voice control technologies.”
Based on the photos below, snagged by our editorial director Marcia Gruver Doyle, the cab definitely has a bridge-of-the-starship-U.S.S.-Enterprise-type feel to it thanks to that touchscreen display built right into the wraparound arm rest. A few more shots from inside the cab are below.
