A subsidiary of Nuss Truck Group, Nuss Equipment Group, has purchased the equipment assets and inventory of Sweeney Brothers Tractor Company in Burnsville, Minnesota.
The acquisition is effective as of August 1, 2008. The acquisition does not include or affect Sweeney Brothers’ North Dakota branches in Fargo, Minot and Bismarck.
