Carolina Tractor hires new CEO and vice president

Carolina Tractor & Equipment has hired Robert Russell as chief financial officer and vice president. Prior to joining Carolina Tractor, Russell was the CFO and financial director for Barloworld, a global equipment dealer. Russell has more than 25 years experience in the industry and will be working from the company’s corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.
