ICUEE 2009 announces co-location of new water and wastewater utilities show

The 2009 International Construction and Utility Equipment Exposition (ICUEE) will feature the co-location of the new H2O-XPO. The H2O-XPO features water and wastewater utility equipment and products and is sponsored by the National Rural Water Association (NRWA). Both events will be held October 6-8, 2009 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The NRWA will also hold their annual conference during this exposition.

In 1920, the Russell Grader Co. introduced the first self-propelled motor grader. The company's first 'Motor Patrol' built on a Caterpillar track-type tractor came out in 1926 (left), and two years later Caterpillar bought Russell and began producing the industry's first motor grader built as one dedicated machine. Nearly 100 years later, the Cat 140 (right) was the top-selling motor grader in the U.S. in 2024 for new financed equipment, according to EDA.
