JLG Industries, a subsidiary of Oshkosh Truck and producer of access equipment, has announced key leadership changes. Wayne Lawson, Mike Rafi, Joe Dixon and Kristen Skyba will each expand their roles with the company.
Lawson, vice president of sales and customer support for EAME, will further develop the EAME market and sales strategies while still providing leadership for sales and customer support. Rafi has been promoted as vice president and general manager for the Caterpillar Alliance Group, while Dixon has been promoted as vice president and general manager of ServicePlus. In addition, Skyba, who was previously vice president of marketing communications, has accepted the role of vice president of global marketing for JLG.
