FMI founder dies

Floyd McCall, co-founder of FMI, has died. McCall joined Emol Fails, a professor at North Carolina State University, in 1963 to build what was then known as Fails and Associates to provide consulting services to the construction industry.

At present, FMI serves contractors, engineers, architects, environmental firms, manufacturers and suppliers of building products and construction equipment, construction materials producers, private owners, government agencies, utility companies surety companies and trade associates.
