Rush Enterprises, operator of a large network of heavy-duty truck and medium-duty dealerships in North America and a John Deere construction equipment dealership in Houston, Texas, recently acquired Fouts Brothers UD-GMC, a GMC, UD, Hino and Isuzu medium-truck dealer in Smyrna, Georgia, for $9.3 million in cash.
Rush will operate the dealership as a full-service Rush Medium Duty Truck Center.
