United Rentals announced the opening of a 36,855-square-foot facility in Coachella, Calif., that will provide underground construction equipment rentals, sales and service along with a line of contractor supplies.
The new location will rent steel and aluminum trench shields, aluminum trench shores, steel sheet pile with modular walling systems, steel crossing plates and custom slide rail systems, as well as a range of confined space ventilators, detectors and other equipment.
“Development in the Coachella Valley is being driven by state and federal economic incentives,” said Chuck Leiker, branch manager for United Rentals. “Our branch is ideally located to serve customers in one of the fastest growing regions in Southern California.”
