Stump grinder models offer more continuous grinding, less repositioning

Morbark put its wood processing expertise to work in designing a new line of stump grinders. The first two are the G52SP and D52SP, which have a top speed of 3.2 mph to get you to the job faster. The design of the boom allows it to swing in a 52-inch arc and that, combined with 8 cubic feet of chip retention space, gives you more continuous grinding and less repositioning. A hexagonal cutting wheel offers less resistance and friction through the stump and the six multi-tipped cutting tools on the wheel are each fastened with just one bolt for quick changes. To get through a 36-inch gate, the outer dual wheels can be removed without tools. A backfill blade is offered as an option.
