Vermeer International, SiteTec form alliance

Vermeer International B.V., a subsidiary of Vermeer Manufacturing, and SiteTec HDD Equipment B.V. have created an alliance to distribute horizontal directional drilling mud mixing, recycling and pumping equipment through the Vermeer International dealership network in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. SiteTec makes the equipment and Vermeer International will handle distribution and marketing for products that fit the Vermeer range of HDD machines. SiteTec will be responsible for field support and warranties for the co-branded equipment.
