Miller Spreader announced March 10 that Joper will buy its Sturdi-Saw and Tile-Plus product lines. The purchase includes Sturdi-Saw and Tile-Plus intellectual property, designs, trademarks, associated manufacturing fixtures and current inventory. The agreement also grants Joper the use of the Miller name in conjunction with the two product lines. Joper has appointed Tiger Equipment the master U.S. distributor of the saws.
