Manitou Group’s ConExpo display at Booth F4458 in the Festival Grounds will showcase 22 machines, including telehandlers, mobile elevating work platforms, rotative telehandlers, forklifts, compact track loaders, skid steers and articulated loaders. Brands on display will be Manitou, Gehl and Mustang.

Included will be the new Manitou MTA 12055 Series III telehandler, which has a maximum lift capacity of 12,000 pounds, lift height of 55 feet 5 inches and can take 5,500 pounds to full extension.

With a turning radius of 12 feet 2 inches, the MTA 12055 uses a single joystick to control boom extension and retraction, attachment tilt, auxiliary hydraulics and travel direction. Powered by a 120-horsepower Cummins engine and four-speed powershift transmission, the unit has a maximum travel speed of 22.8 mph.

Additional features include a maximum forward reach of 40 feet 9 inches and standard four-wheel drive, frame leveling, auxiliary hydraulics and self-leveling forks.

Manitou’s Personnel Work Platform System temporarily disconnects the transmission, engages the rear axle stabilizer, reduces frame leveling and applies the parking brake when using a platform attachment. The option automatically puts the machine in the correct mode for work platform use.
