National Trench Safety adds 18th Florida location

National Trench Safety (NTS) has acquired two of U.S. Shoring’s operating assets in Tampa and Miami, bringing the company’s network in Florida to 18 locations.

Ernie Perez and Richard Hearn will continue to manage the locations in Miami and Tampa, respectively. NTS plans to open more branches in 2013 and 2014, though no details have been released.

NTS has branches in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Utah.
