EnviroTech hires West Coast regional, Midwest regional manager

Rob McPherson has joined EnviroTech Services, Inc., a road maintenance and safety solutions company, as the company’s Midwest division manager and Jerold Vincent has joined as West Coast regional manager.

In these roles, McPherson and Vincent will be responsible for product and business development, new product introduction and operations management for their respective regions.

McPherson has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of product development and business operations with high-tech companies, team building and overseeing the growth and development of small companies.

Prior to joining EnviroTech, he served as general manager for Standard Renewable Energy in its Central Texas region, leading development by providing renewable energy solar systems for residential and commercial customers in Austin and San Antonio. McPherson was also the chief operating officer for M3 Design, a strategic product development consultancy in Austin, and the chief operating officer and vice president of engineering at Visual Circuits in Minneapolis, MN.

McPherson holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from California Polytechnic State University and is a member the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Furthermore, he served both as a mentor at the CARS Program for Mission Possible and as a team leader for Mobile Loaves and Fishes in Austin, Texas.

Vincent has more than 20 years of experience as a chemical business manager with expertise in the areas of business plan development, budget management, oversight of supply chain operations and establishing and achieving sales plan goals. In addition, he has 10 years of experience in oilfield operations as a drilling and completion fluids engineer.

Prior to joining EnviroTech, Vincent served as Western regional sales manager, liquid calcium chloride business manager and dry calcium chloride business manager for TETRA Technologies in The Woodlands, Texas.Vincent also worked as a district manager in Southwestern Wyoming and Colorado for Fremont Chemical.

Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Montana and is an active participant in the Society of Petroleum Engineers and past member of the Wyoming Geological Association. He also coached and sat on the board of directors of the Community Youth Baseball Association in Evanston, Wyoming and was a referee for the Wyoming Amateur Wrestling Association for several years.
