Topcon Positioning Systems appointed Mark Hornstra as senior vice president of product planning. In his new role, Hornstra will be a member of the TPS Executive Committee.
Hornstra spent the last seven years at SanDisk Corporation in various positions, including vice president of worldwide Sales Operations and Demand Planning and vice president of sales in the mobile handset business.
