IronPlanet named Roger S. Siboni as the newest member of its board of directors. Siboni most recently served as president and CEO of E.piphany and also sits on the boards of directors of ArcSight, Cadence Design Systems, Dolby Laboratories and infoGroup.
Siboni is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, where he is past chairman of the advisory board for the Walter A. Haas School of Business.
