Navistar International named Diane H. Gulyas to its board of directors, effective June 16.
Gulyas is a group vice president at E.I. DuPont de Nemours and the group executive responsible for DuPont’s performance materials.
Gulyas graduated from the University of Notre Dame and joined DuPont in 1978. She served as vice president and general manager of the DuPont advanced fiber business, group vice president of the electronic and communication technologies platform and chief marketing and sales officer.
