Skyjack has acquired Volvo Construction Equipment’s line of material handlers. Linamar, Skyjack’s parent company, had expressed interest in acquiring the Ingersoll Rand telehandlers and straight mast forklifts from Volvo CE and had opened discussions related to purchasing these assets of Volvo’s Material Handling Equipment business. This acquisition has further expanded Skyjack’s telehandler line and adds a rough-terrain straight mast forklift to its product offerings.
