Earth Tool, manufacturer of HammerHead Mole trenchless products, has promoted Payce Reynolds to chief executive officer. Reynolds formerly headed the horizontal directional drilling division of HammerHead for three years, in addition to overseeing the company’s accessories line.
The company also hired Jarrett Cowden as its senior vice president of sales and marketing and Brian Metcalf as vice president of international sales and business development.
