Highway Technologies, a leading provider of traffic safety services and equipment for the road repair and maintenance industry, has recently acquired T & R Striping and Traffic Control. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
T & R is located in Greenfield, Indiana, and specializes in thermo-plastic and paint road striping, as well as traffic control services. The company has more than 20 employees and operates out of a single facility.
The acquisition of T & R was part of Highway Technologies’ strategy for growth in the Indiana market.
