Carlisle Motion Control Industries, a subsidiary of Carlisle Companies, has acquired the assets of ArvinMeritor’s off-highway brake business. Carlisle makes brake systems for heavy-duty construction, mining and agricultural equipment.
“Carlisle will provide an even broader line of products and enhanced technical support to our key customer base as a result of this acquisition,” said Doug DeVallance, general manager.
