Dean Machinery, a Caterpillar dealer, has acquired the sales territory of the Flenties Dealerships in northwestern Missouri.
The Flenties Dealerships’ territory consists of Maryville and St. Joseph and had previously been owned and run by Agco, a manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment and parts. Former Agco employees will be considered for continued employment with Dean Ag Services.
“We look forward to growing our business by serving the customer base that has been built by Flenties through the years,” said Lori Dean, president of Dean Machinery. “This significantly increased presence in northwestern Missouri is a critical element to our taking a greater leadership role in the region.”
