Briggs & Stratton appoints vice president

Briggs & Stratton has promoted Ann Roche to vice president of commercial engines. She joined the company in 1994 as a business development manager in charge of new ventures. Before that, Roche held marketing, new product development and project management positions at W.H. Brady and Johnson Controls Battery Group.
