Key Equipment Finance, a bank-affiliated equipment financing company, has appointed Kevin Freidheim vice president and director of the company’s construction and industrial segment. He will be responsible for overseeing lease programs for equipment dealers and manufacturers. Key Equipment recently acquired American Express Business Finance, the equipment leasing unit of American Express’ small business division.
