CNH Global N.V.’s president and chief executive, Paolo Monferino, is leaving his post to become chief executive of Iveco SpA, a unit of CNH’s majority owner Fiat SpA. Monferino will remain on CNH’s board of directors after moving to Iveco, a manufacturer of commercial and specialty trucks, Feb. 28. CNH has named Harold Boyanovsky, the president of its construction equipment business, interim chief executive. He has 40 years of experience with CNH and two of its predecessor companies.
