JLG recently acquired intellectual property and related assets for a line of compact telehandlers from Etablissements Fadeur SA of Wallonia, Belgium. JLG said the acquisition further expands the company’s telehandler product portfolio with additional models for the European market.
JLG announced Thursday it has received antitrust clearance to purchase the OmniQuip business unit of Textron. JLG will acquire Trak International’s assets, which include all operations relating to the Sky Trak and Lull brand of telehander products. The deal is expected to close early this month.
