RDO Equipment Co. is now a Wirtgen dealer in Ariz.

RDO Equipment in Arizona announces that it’s now a Wirtgen dealer, a move that enhances its offerings for the Southwest’s roadbuilding industry.

RDO Equipment Co. in Arizona is now a Wirtgen dealer – an expansion that adds to the dealer’s current Wirtgen territories in North and South Dakota.

RDO, a provider of John Deere and other construction equipment, parts, and service in Arizona, now adds Wirtgen’s compaction, milling, mixing, paving, processing, and rehabilitation equipment to enhance offerings for the roadbuilding industry. The industry is a growing area of focus for RDO Equipment Co.

“We have a strong presence in the southwest roadbuilding industry with our existing product offerings,” says Dennis Howard, vice president at RDO Equipment Co. “Wirtgen is an ideal addition and will greatly enhance the solutions and support we’re able to provide our Arizona customers.”

The dealership points to John Deere’s 2017 acquisition of Wirtgen Group, noting that the manufacturer has a presence in more than 100 countries and a product portfolio that spans the entire road construction sector.

Chris Cooper, chief operating officer of RDO Equipment Co., says the team is excited to grow the Wirtgen footprint and further align with this key manufacturing partner.
