Screen shot.The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) video below is an artist’s illustrated rendering of what the new Ga. 400 toll lane design will look like, according to Reporter Newspapers. The design includes rebuilding three bridges and putting in a flyover above the Northridge Road overpass in Sandy Springs.
Parts of the toll lanes are expected to be elevated to use existing right of way, but other parts will be at-grade and will require that some buildings in Sandy Springs be demolished.
The design has not been finalized yet, so it could still change.
