In Texas, WCTractor buys Trinity Valley Tractor, adds 2 locations

WCTractor, representing the New Holland and Kubota Equipment brands in Texas, has bought assets of Trinity Valley Tractor, a New Holland dealer serving Dayton, Beaumont and surrounding markets.

With the acquisition, WCTractor adds two locations – Dayton and Beaumont – to its growing nine-location footprint, serving the agriculture, construction and turf industries. The family-owned dealership has been in business since 1939.

“Trinity Valley Tractor has a long history of excellence and for decades has been an integral member of the East Texas community,” says company President Chris Wackman. “WCTractor, as a ‘Presidents Club’ Award-winning New Holland Dealer, hopes to continue that tradition of community partnership while enhancing the capabilities and product offerings of the local dealerships. We couldn’t be more thrilled to represent New Holland in the Dayton and Beaumont communities”.

WCTractor plans on offering New Holland agricultural and construction products at its two new locations in addition to renewing its focus on representing premium brands such as Badboy, McHale, Krone, Rhino, Bushhog and more.

For nearly 80 years, WCTractor has served the Central and Eastern Texas markets.

Evolving from a single store, the company’s territory now spans nine stores. Locations include Sealy, Navasota, Brenham (3 stores), Bryan, Temple and now Dayton and Beaumont.

The company specializes in New Holland and Kubota products in addition to Kawasaki powersports and an assortment of premium turf and implement products.
