The time-lapse video below shows the Oregon Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) replacement of the OR 380 bridge over Ochoco Creek in Prineville. The original bridge, which was built in the 1920s, was completely demolished and replaced in three weeks using Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC). The new 1 million-pound bridge was slid into place after the old bridge was demolished and the area beneath the bridge was reworked.
